Noodles is basic food of many cultures, specially chinese. There are 2 types of noodles dry and fresh.The dried noodles are used as instant noodles for side dishes, soups and salads, while the fresh noodles often become ingredients for main dishes, soups and stir-fried foods. The dough is made up of wheat, rice and buck wheat and it is stretched, rolled,flat and cut into variety of shapes and variety of dishes are made.
Types:- baked noodles, basic noodles, chilled noodles, fried noodles, noodles soup, laksa, batchoy, chowmien and many more.
But today I'll help you to make home made spicy still simple noodles recipe.

Spicy still simple Noodles:-
Prepration time 10 mins
Cooking time 6-7 mins
Boiling time - till the noodles get soften
Total time 20 mins
Serving - 4 servings
Ingredients:-
2 hand full of Noodles
2 tbsp oil for tossing
4 tbsp oil for cooking
5-6 garlic cloves chopped
2-3 green chili
1 tomato diced
1 onion diced
1 green capsicum diced
2 tbsp of soya sauce
4 tbsp of tomato sauce
3 tbsp white vineger
2 tsp of chili sauce
Salt to taste
Chilli powder optinal
Coriander chopped
Method:-
- Heat a pan full of water. Add 2-3 pinch of salt, 1 tsp of oil and let it boil.
- When water starts boiling add noodles.
- Till the time noodles are boiling start cutting onion, tomato, green chilli, capsicum, coriander and garlic.
- Now after 5 - 6 mins check the noodles whether it's soften or not. If its ready then drain the noodles hot water and wash it properly under the running water, and drain it again. Now add 2 tbsp oil in noodles for tossing.
- Keep the noodles aside.
- Heat a pan add 4 tbsp oil for cooking, when oil is heated up add 6 chopped garlic cloves saute for few seconds dont let it burn, now Add green chilli followed by onion.
- When the onions truns transparant then add capsicum and tomato. Let the vegetable cook for few mins.
- Add 2-3 pinch of salt not much (because soya sauce has salt content)
- Saute it for 3 mins.
- If you want more spice then add 1 tbsp chilli powder now. (according to you taste)
- Time to add sauces- soya, tomato, vineger and chilli sause. According to your taste you can add more amount of tomato sauce to make it tangy and flavorful.
- stir it few seconds then add boiled noodles and give a quick stir.
- When the noodles are properly coated with the sauce then add coriander leaves.
- Spicy Noodles are ready.
- Serve it hot. Yummmy.
Notes:
- Drain the starch water and wash noodles properly under running water.
- Do all cutting prepration before start cooking.
- Stir vegge's properly, dont let it burn.
- You can add more sauce according to you taste.
