Pyaaz paratha

Ingredients:-
For dough:-
2 cup wheat flour
Water
Salt to taste
For pyaaz masala filling:-
2 medium size finely chopped onions
1/2 handful of chopped coriandert
teaspoonturmeric powder
teaspoonturmeric powder
One teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chili powder (according to taste)
One teaspoon dry mango powder(amchoor)
Salt to taste
Method:-
- Take 2 cup of wheat flour add salt and knead the dough.
- Let it rest for few minutes
- Till then make the onion masala filling.
- Take 2 medium size onions, peel it and chop finely.
- Take a bowl.
- add all the ingredients given above.
- Finely chopped onions, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, amchoor powder and salt.
- Mix well.

- Put 1or 2 tsp of onion masala (pyaaz masala) make a ball by joining the egdes .
- Now roll the ball like nomal roti or paratha.
- May be yours masala will come out during rolling, don't worry it happens.
- Now place the paratha on the tawa.
- Cook both the sides for few seconds, then apply ghee or oil for frying.
- Cook for another couple of minutes.
- Your pyaaz paratha is ready.
- Server hot with tomato sauce or dahi or green chutney.
Note:-
- Chop onion finely.
- You can add more chilli according to your taste.
