Banana is a good replaceable source of vitamin c, It has magnesium which is good for your skin it also have potassium which is also good for good heart and good blood pressure.
Banana fruit, it is a good source of vital nutrients. It contains good fibre for your guys. It's also relieve stomach issues like constipation and stomach ulcers.
Banana flower, the flower is a good source to balance blood sugar, it is also good for the people who wants to control and  prevent type 2 diabetic.
Banana stems, stems helps out to remove the toxics out of your body. drinking banana stem juice with some lemon drops helps out to remove kidney stones also.
Banana leaves, while leafs itself is not edible but eating off it has great benefits. It contains EGCG like polyphenols which ensures cell health and digestive health, it's being a great antibacterial.
Raw banana, are an excellent way to get benefits of banana, because it has less natural sugar. They are fiber rich and good for heart health.
So..... It's a humble plant with its flowers, stems, fruits and leaf,  is packed with nutrition and health benefits and can be consumed in different ways for over-all wellness.
So.....for today we are going to use raw banana for our dish. "ajwain Kache kele ki sabji" is very easy and simple to cook. you need to follow some steps and the dish is ready.
Firstly you need to wash your raw bananas and cut the edges. With the help of peeler  peel the banana and cut them into cubes or whatever shape you want. After cutting you need to place them into a bowl filled with water, otherwise raw banana will start changing its colour which is not good. Now you have to heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. When the oil is done just start adding the ingredients first add cumin seeds and ajwain seeds. Let them crackle. Then you need to add turmeric powder and salt to taste. When it is done at drained out raw bananas. Mis well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes with lid on. Open the lid mix well and add remaining ingredients like coriander powder chilli powder just don't amchur powder.
Add few drops of water and close the lid and cook for another few minutes.
now add amchur powder and coriander leaves mix well. your ajwain kacche kele ki sabji is ready now. Serve It with hot roti.

Ajwain kacche kele ki sabji:-

Ingredients:-

6-7 raw bananas
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tsps ajwain seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp chilli powder ( according to taste)
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp amchur powder
Chopped coriander leaves for Garnish
Salt to taste

Method:-

  1.  Firstly wash bananas properly.
  2. Take Bowl fill it with water.
  3. With the help of peeler peeled raw banana and cut ends of it.
  4. Cut down raw banana in whatever shape  you like. I am cutting it into round shape.  But each piece should be of medium size. (Not too much thick not too much thin)
  5. Place them in the water bowl till  you use them. Because raw banana will soon start changing with colour.
  6. Now take a heavy bottom pan. Heat it and add cooking oil.
  7. When oil is done add cumin seeds, ajwain seeds and salt, now let them crackle.
  8. When you directly add salt to the oil it taste totally different.
  9. Now drain the raw banana and add it to the pan.
  10. Give a good stir. Put on the lid. Cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Remove the lid and mix well. If required add little water around 1 tsp. Again lid it and cook for 2-3 mins.
  12. Now remove the lid, and add remaining ingredients except amchur powder. ( turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder)
  13. Mix well and cook with the lid on until it is perfectly cooked.
  14. Add amchur powder and coriander leaves.
  15. Stir it well. Ajwain Kache kele ki sabji is ready now.
  16. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  17. Enjoy....

Notes:-

  • You can boil the raw banana first and then peel it. You can do this way also.
  • Don't let the ingredients burn.
  • after cooking if you still feel that the banana is still raw add some water and cook for few minutes more.
  • Serve hot.
